Price segmentation is the second most profitable pricing decision your company can make.  Yet so few people understand it.  This course clearly explains what price segmentation is and it gives you five techniques to implement it. 

We teach you three techniques to charge different prices to different customers for the same product.  This may worry you at first, but once you take this course you will see it all around you and wonder why you didn’t do it sooner.  Have you ever gotten a discount because you’re a AAA member, member of the military, student, or senior?  If so, you experienced price segmentation in action. 

We also teach you two extremely powerful techniques to tweak your product portfolio, in other words build versions of your product, that increases the amount you capture of your market’s willingness to pay. 

This course is packed with exercises.  Some exercises are to get you used to the ideas, but there is one exercise where you will brainstorm ideas for your own products. 

The structure of the lessons here allow you to go at your own pace.  Additionally, to help with learning, the instructor will hold periodic (weekly?) group Office Hours for questions and interaction via Zoom. This allows you an opportunity to ask questions for clarification or elaboration so you can apply the concepts being taught.  You can also get feedback on your new ideas.
